ACT I · THE STORY

Why this Paw Print?

You don't always need to see a dog to know one has been there.

A muddy print across the kitchen floor. Four little marks on the back step. A trail through the garden after a wet walk. Dogs have a way of leaving small reminders of themselves wherever they go.

Perhaps that's part of what makes a paw print so familiar. It is the simplest possible sign of a dog, but behind it there is always a whole animal attached: muddy paws, a wagging tail, somewhere it has been and probably somewhere it is going next.

This little bauble takes that most recognisable of doggy marks and puts it among the Christmas decorations.

A small print for the tree, belonging to a dog who is almost certainly somewhere nearby.

A cream pet food bowl with black paw prints and a red rim sits on a woven rug in a warm, rustic entryway with orange walls, a red door, and dog prints on the wooden floor.

“Four little prints, and you know the rest.”

ACT II · THE EXPERIENCE

A wooden paw print Christmas ornament with a dark gray center and natural wood edges, hanging from a green string on a decorated Christmas tree with warm lights.
